Terms and Conditions of Website Use

1. General Terms

1.1. www.scootarea.ge is the official website of KuKirin’s brand representation in Georgia. It enables users, on one hand, to explore the brand’s popular products, their technical specifications, and features, and on the other hand, to choose and purchase desired products online, apply for installment plans, and benefit from delivery services.
1.2. The website www.scootarea.ge is administered by Scootarea LLC (ID 406502912, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), which is the official importer and distributor of KuKirin electric scooters in Georgia.
1.3. While using the www.scootarea.ge website, the stipulations outlined in these terms and conditions apply. These are legally binding for both the user and scootarea.ge and regulate the relationship between the user and the website.
1.4. While using scootarea.ge, users should be aware that any personal information obtained from them or third parties during the ordering process is processed in accordance with the privacy policy outlined in these terms.
1.5. Please also note that creating a personal account (registration) and/or placing an order on scootarea.ge signifies your agreement to the terms of use, the company’s privacy policy, and the terms of delivery and return.
1.6. The administration of scootarea.ge reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms at any time by publishing changes on the website, without requiring the user’s consent.


2. User Warranties

2.1. By creating a personal account and/or placing an order on scootarea.ge, the user confirms that:
2.1.1. They are a physical person of at least 18 years of age or a legal entity registered in accordance with the law;
2.1.2. They have full legal capacity and are not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, psychotropic or toxic substances, nor under duress, coercion, fraud, or any other unlawful influence; they are not subject to violence, deception, or misrepresentation by scootarea.ge or any third party, and fully understand the implications and legal consequences of their actions;
2.1.3. They are fully authorized to agree to and fulfill the obligations set out in these terms or any other agreements or applications;
2.1.4. They are familiar with and accept these terms;
2.1.5. They are not engaged in any illegal activities under any jurisdiction;
2.1.6. All information provided by them is accurate;
2.1.7. Their actions will not be intended to deceive scootarea.ge or any third party. All documents or information presented for contract purposes are, at the time of submission, truthful, accurate, and complete;
2.1.8. They will fulfill all obligations in good faith, completely, and properly;
2.1.9. They agree that, after account creation and until contract termination, scootarea.ge may collect, verify, and process any information provided by them, including personal data or universal identifiers.

2.2. scootarea.ge enters into contractual relationships with users based on the statements, warranties, and obligations described above, and considers them as part of the contract. Violation of these provisions after the contract is signed is sufficient grounds for scootarea.ge to unilaterally terminate the contract.


3. Purchasing Products

3.1. Products can be purchased from scootarea.ge without registration.
3.2. The buyer selects the desired product(s) and adds them to the cart for purchase.
3.3. During order placement, the user provides their full name, email, mobile number, personal ID number, and delivery address (if using delivery service). This contact information will be used by scootarea.ge for communication purposes.
3.4. To complete the purchase, the user is redirected to a secure bank payment page to enter their card details and finalize the transaction.
3.5. Payment for orders on scootarea.ge can be made only via bank card. Before completing the order, the user is redirected to the bank’s secure website to enter their card details. The order is considered complete only after the appropriate amount is successfully withdrawn from the user's bank account.
3.8. Before entering card details, ensure that you are on a secure bank website and never share your card information with unfamiliar sites. scootarea.ge disclaims any liability for damages resulting from such incidents.


4. Security

4.1. The user bears full responsibility for any actions taken using their information. If someone accesses the website and places orders on behalf of the user, it is assumed they have the authority to bind the user to obligations. The company disclaims any liability for damages caused by third-party use of the user’s data.
4.2. The user declares and guarantees that use of their personal data does not violate any laws or regulations. They must protect the interests of scootarea.ge and compensate for any damages resulting from violations of these terms.
4.3. The user is obliged to ensure the accuracy of their personal information. scootarea.ge is not liable for any damages caused by failure to comply with this obligation. scootarea.ge reserves the right to request verification or supporting documents at any time.

1.4. According to legislation, you have the right to request information about how your data is processed, including:

  • 1.4.3. The legal basis for processing;

  • 1.4.4. How your data was collected;

  • 1.4.5. To whom your data has been disclosed;

1.5. You may request a copy of the information we process about you.

1.6. You have the right to request correction, update, addition, blocking, deletion, or destruction of your personal data if it is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or collected/processed unlawfully. However, Georgian law may require us to retain certain information (e.g., for tax or consumer rights purposes), which may delay or prevent immediate deletion.

1.7. scootarea.ge is obligated to provide such information upon your request. We are authorized to use your personal data only when we have a contractual and/or legal basis.

  • Legal and accounting compliance.

Longer retention is possible if legally required. You may contact us to update, delete, or stop the use of your data unless legally restricted.

Delivery and Return Policy

1. Delivery Policy

1.1. If using the delivery service, the product purchased through the scootarea.ge online store will be delivered to the address specified by the customer via scootarea.ge’s courier or a subcontracted postal service provider.

1.2. The delivery fee is calculated individually for each order based on the order volume, value, and delivery address.

1.3. Orders placed on business days before 16:00 will be delivered the next business day within Tbilisi and surrounding areas. Orders placed after 16:00 or on non-business days will be delivered within a maximum of two business days.

1.4. Delivery to other regions is subject to individual agreement between the customer and scootarea.ge.


2. Return Policy

2.1. The customer has the right to return a product purchased on scootarea.ge, provided that one of the conditions listed in this section is met. The customer may choose to either receive a refund or exchange the product.

2.2. If delivery of the purchased product occurs after the delivery deadline specified on the website, the customer is entitled to refuse receipt of the item and must inform the courier accordingly.

2.3. In other cases, the customer has the right to request a return within 3 calendar days from receipt of the product, if one of the following applies:
2.3.1. The delivered product does not match the order;
2.3.2. The product was delivered damaged;
2.3.3. The product has a manufacturing defect.

2.4. In the event of a return, scootarea.ge will, at the customer’s choice, either replace the defective product or refund the full purchase amount within no later than 10 business days from approval of the return request.

2.5. scootarea.ge reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
2.5.1. The return request is made more than 3 days after receiving the product;
2.5.2. The product shows signs of use and/or damage;
2.5.3. There is evidence of dishonest conduct by the customer.

2.6. Return requests must be sent via email to info@scootarea.ge and must include the following information:
2.6.1. Name of the product;
2.6.2. Name of the customer;
2.6.3. Order date;
2.6.4. Delivery date;
2.6.5. Reason for return.

2.7. The company may request the customer to send photos of the product electronically.
